Is Ban Ki-moon trying to make a joke?
At the expense of the Palestinians?
One would like to hope not.
Nevertheless, in spite of all the days available on the calendar, like April 2, just to pick a random number out of the air, Mr. Ban Ki-moon could only think of April Fools Day.
So apparently the PA/PLO will be joining the worthies at the ICC on April 1, this year.
I wonder how this will influence the Israeli election?
